SHIPPING AND LOCAL DELIVERY

We offer "Free Shipping or Local Delivery On All Original Art or Custom Canvas Orders! (Continental US)". All of our paintings are hand-wrapped and shipped from the Tampa/Brandon, Florida area. We take the utmost care in protecting your investment. We currently use USPS for shipping orders within the United States. We do our best to ship all orders in a timely manner and usually ship within 5-7 business days (with the exception of some products and commissions.)

If you are shipping a gift or need to receive your order by a certain day, please mention it in the note section when placing your order or email us and we will do our absolute best to get it to you in time!

Our "Free Shipping" is a courtesy to our customers and in appreciation for their support of our small home business; however, in the event that a package is returned to us due to an error on the customer's end (i.e. mistaken shipping address), the costs for the original shipping AND to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer and must be paid and received prior to the package being re-shipped.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY​

All paintings, prints, and products are final sale.
We do our best to protect your investment; however, should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@beckycareyart.com with attached photos clearly showing the damaged shipping box and damage to the product you purchased. We will do our best to resolve the issue with the shipping company.

FAQs​
I live in the Tampa area and would rather pick up my painting instead of it being delivered; can that be arranged?
Yes! Please add a note to your order or send an email to info@beckycareyart.com and we will schedule a pick-up time and location with you.

I'm a blogger, podcaster, or magazine and would love to feature you.

Do you accept commission requests?
Yes, Becky loves working with clients to create custom work! She is currently accepting applications for new commissions. Please email us at info@beckycareyart.com to start the process.

How can I find out when new items are added to your shop?
The best way to stay up to date is by signing up for our mailing list, becoming a beckycareyart.com site member, and/or by following Becky on Instagram info@beckycareyart.com. We currently use both Instagram and the mailing list to announce when new work is being uploaded.

What are the benefits of becoming a MEMBER of your website?
Members are the first to be "in the know" about everything happening with BeckyCareyArt.com. New collections open earlier to site members so they get first dibs at purchasing new original artwork, receive special discount coupons, and are offered special "Freebies".

Does Becky license her work?
Becky is currently working on licensing collections and would love to talk with you about your interest in her original designs and artwork. Please CONTACT US and we would be happy to discuss this with you!
Are you available to come to our event to speak or lead a painting activity for our group?
Not at this time but maybe in the future, however, booking slots will be very limited. Please CONTACT US and provide the date, location, description of the event, and activity you would like to book Becky for and we will let you know if it will be possible.

Do you offer live or online art classes or workshops?
Not at this time but Becky loves to teach and help others develop creatively so that will be coming in the future. Make sure you sign up for our newsletter or become a beckycareyart.com website member to find out when.

Who actually owns the artwork?
Please note: Becky retains ALL RIGHTS TO ALL ARTWORK that she creates. This includes sold and commissioned original paintings. Becky retains the right to create reproductions of ANY AND ALL ARTWORK that she has created to use at her full discretion for digital and physical copies, prints, products, etc.

The collector (or buyer) MAY NOT REPRODUCE any artwork or any of Becky's created content (artwork, photos, pdf's, videos, music, etc.) in any way without written permission from Becky. When a collector purchases a painting, they have the right to display the artwork in their home or business.
